Works great actually keeps up with my steps, has exercises to increase energy, is also great at seeing how you sleep my only suggestion would be to fully explain what the "energy" number is and also take the data it collects while you sleep and use it to see how much of your goal completed. Basically like a reward system as in if you only got 30% of deep sleep but you still completes your goal in comparison. Also I would like the added function of adding your daily meal so you could track how much you burn compared to how much you ate. Just a suggestion but that would make this my favorite diet app!
